This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the super comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is also a plus, as it is situated in a busy area not far from the main shopping mall and the city center.
All was satisfactory.

The room was excellent and everything in it was great as well. Some of the stuff that is available in 5-star hotels like in-room safe, tropical shower, glass partition shower, bathroom phone etc. were all included in the great price from Booked.net
No fridge, breakfast selection really narrow, not near any halal eating establishments (it is an all Chinese neighbourhood), a little bit far from all tourist attractions unless you have your own transport

The room is perfect, a 5 star room fully equipped with all the facilities. A staff services especially mr. Clement the f&b Manager is superb & very helpful, mr. Tarmizi the Driver is very friendly. The hotel is so clean, hard to see dust in the room. Recommended to all.
The location is a bit outside from the Kuching town.

The location is far away from the centre of the city, but it is close to the main street and there are eateries nearby. the room is small but it has a bed and a television. the bathroom is relatively clean, but sometimes the hot water takes a long time to come out. the breakfast is adequate but not very tasty.
The hotel staff is not very helpful and sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work properly.

The hotel provided clean rooms with daily housekeeping service that kept the place tidy. The cafe inside the hotel is an added convenience that offers delicious food at good value. , the availability of taxis on call made the hotel's location very accessible to nearby spots.
The WiFi password needs to be changed every 24 hours, which could be inconvenient for long stays. some essential items were provided for only two guests instead of three, which required asking for extra towels and toiletries.

Great experience on our romantic escape! We loved the spotless and hygienic environment, it made our stay super comfortable. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with valuable information on local attractions. We also enjoyed the huge and comfortable room and the fact that the hotel had free WiFi and 24-hour front desk service.
That the WiFi signal in our room was quite weak, but it wasn't a big problem since we were on a romantic escape and didn't need to be online all the time.
